  23. Vietjet, The World's worst airline ever! Your airline always breaks the time schedule and also breaks your customers' plan! If you are not confident about your flight plan then just change the schedule and let the passengers know the exact departure time! Or at least something similar to it! And don't lock the passengers on their seat in the flight over for an hour for 40 minutes' flight! It almost always happens whenever I fly with your lousy airline. Today I had to stay in the flight till the unexpected Vietjet off-duty crew passengers get on the flight and it took an hour to make the document modified for them! And the flight was delayed 2 hours than its original plan. You may claim that it's because your flight tickets are 'CHEAP', but it doesn't mean that you are entitled to break your passengers' plan. It is not because your flight tickets are cheap, it is because you don't feel guilty about breaking your flight plan since you don't respect your customers! Shame on you Vietjet, you schedule breakers!
